Who we are

POLAR is a short-form video editing studio. For anything about your data, write to teampolar.agency@gmail.com.

The request form

When you send a request, we receive your email address, the link you share, the platform and your notes. We use them only to reply to you and to work on your project. The form is delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. We keep requests in our email for as long as we're in contact, and delete them on request.

Statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally.

Meta Pixel (only with your consent)

If you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, we load the Meta Pixel to measure visits coming from our ads and to show our ads to people who visited the site. Meta receives information such as the pages you viewed and actions like requesting a quote. If you click "Decline", the pixel never loads. You can change your choice at any time with the button below.

We save your choice of language, currency and cookie consent in your browser's local storage, so you don't have to choose again. This data stays on your device.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to the email above and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
